At the young age of 13 Likot fought in the first of many battles in the Twinkling Hills.Īt the age of 24 Likot gave up the lye making trade to take up gem cutting, joining The Guild of Blizzards. Her early life was fairly calm, making some friends, a romance, and eventually becoming a lye maker at the age of 12. Her father was something of a legend in his own right, being one of the first of his kind, fighting many battles, and surviving to the year 75. Her mother died one year later during an assault by goblins, which perhaps explains her unquenchable hatred of their civilization. Likot Taxbridged was born in the year 10 to Ingish Tombroof and Urist Axedives the Raw Cacti of Fealty. I'm kinda curious if I can kit her out with masterwork candy gear in adventure mode somehow. I would like to send her up against clowns, but I really doubt she'll get much done with just a shield. Legends mode tells me she's up to 144 total kills now. She picked up the title 'the Steamy Arm of Jade' which is not terrible as far as most titles go. She was perfectly fine crushing skulls with her bronze shield, which now has 65 kills listed on it. The good news is she doesn't seem to need it. The bad news is her sword broke rather quickly. After destroying the siege, I can open an artifact door and catch her in a cage. I can then release my little gore roomba and watch the carnage unfold. Then a larger goblin siege showed up.īy this time I'd set up a system whereby the goblins would be lured into a hall, and trapped. Well, after capturing her and waiting for her friends to leave, I had a couple uneventful years. The cherry on top is that both of his legs were badly mangled, and it seems like he was just rolling around the entire time, like some sort of goblin killing roomba. I am quite scared he'll come back with friends. How many he slew with his own hands I don't know.Īfter crushing this siege, this guy just casually saunters out, stopping only to kill an unfortunate goblin who crossed his path trying to escape. His silver two handed sword claimed 36 of the goblins. During the course of the fight he went from a simple swordsdwarf doomed butcher to a swordmaster. This "doomed butcher" absolutely demolished the goblin force, single handedly. To my shock, I quickly realized that I had been sitting on a terrifying engine of death and destruction for years. Set up his cage in my siege entrance, open the gates and pull the lever. So I figure I've got to get rid of this guy, might as well let the goblins solve my problem for me. At first I thought it was a justice system bug until I remembered the doomed butcher guy. But I notice this cage with a dwarf in it. My military is actually up and running, and I think capable of fighting this one off. Quite a small siege by the standards of my world, which often sees goblin sieges with over two hundred invaders. I stuck him in my stockpile and promptly forgot about him.įlash forward to the present, I was under siege by around eighty goblins. I just kinda holed up while they poked around for a year, but I did end up catching a dwarf doomed butcher in a cage. So a few years ago I was sieged by the undead.
